Premiere pro - lip sync editing

In this session we were introduced to a new software called ‘Premiere Pro’. This is a software where we were taught how to connect a selective video footage with an original audio of an actual music video.

By pressing on the keyboard letter ‘M’ which is known as the marker, we mark the lead artists voice with the video clip we have chosen in order to create base tracks This is then dragged down to the box several times till we have a certain amount of video clips. Then we have the chance to make it in sync with the music video by using ‘cmd’ and the left and right arrow of the keyboard. Once that is done, more markers are added in the beat of the song, making it easier to choose the clips we want to erase from the video with the razor tool. After doing this a several times, and analysing the entire video - with the base tracks and audio included - I have come up with this:
